Meet Erin Johnson, AInstIB
Johnson is an attorney
with Solomon Pearl Blum Heymann & Stich LLP
of Denver, Colorado, with an extensive
background in land use and development, real estate, and business
has held key roles in large-scale land use projects throughout Colorado
in conservation-oriented development. Erin is a team player who works
creatively and effectively with individuals, business owners, interest
communities, and local organizations to tackle complex situations and
controversial issues with results-oriented strategies.
Johnson is a strong
proponent of planned and balanced growth of business communities and
an interactive resource center for small businesses.
Erin is the co-author–editor
of The Good Neighbor Guidebook for
Colorado and is
a contributing author of other published books on a variety of planning
land use issues.
Erin grew up
in southwest Colorado where her
grandfather was a pioneer doctor, and she continues to have family and
ties in that region, including involvement in an endowed scholarship
and a cooperative agricultural water conservation effort, and business
estate investments. People who work with Erin in dynamic situations
her energy and enthusiasm that is backed by honesty, integrity,
