Meet Ross F. Anderson, Jr.
 Ross
Anderson serves
the ICA
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He is also a course developer
and
specialist in business finance and professional ethics. Ross comes to
this
position with a wealth of experience in human resources management and
marketing.
Currently, Ross is associated
with Arbor
Financial Group, LLC, of Grand Junction. This company specializes in Investments,
insurance and business planning. Until June of 2006, he held positions
with the national payroll
serivice, Paybooks,
Inc., in Rochester, New
York. From 1986 until 2006, he held the positions of Sales
Representative,
Manger of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales and Treasurer.
In 1997, Ross
founded and served as President of
Administrative
Resource Services, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), in
Rochester, NY.
From
1997, he was a partner in the Internet
marketing firm, Kotik
Corporation
in Moscow, Russia.
He is
currently consulting with the company to integrate Western business
practices
into its accounting systems.
